I made this absolutely delicious healthy mummy smoothie this morning with the fruit I had left in the fridge and it was delicious so i thought I would send in the recipe.
Fruity tutti smoothie:
- 1 apricot
- 2 tablespoons of strawberry healthy mummy smoothie
- A few cubes of watermelon
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 200ml skim milk
- A few ice cubes.
- Blend all together for a few minutes until smooth.
I hope you enjoy as much as I did!
