The Healthy Mummy Smoothies are a fantastic way to have a healthy and fast breakfast or lunch if you are too tired or busy to cook a nutritious meal.
They also make as a great snack or energy boost if you need something fast and healthy in between meals.
And each smoothie is fully customisable  to the number of calories you need to consume – so you can create a low calorie smoothie or bulk the smoothie out with extra calories.

Tropical Refresher Smoothie ingredients

  • 2 x tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 1/2 an orange
  • 1/2 a lime
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple
  • 200ml of cooled green tea
  • A few ice cubes

Blend for 2 – 3 minutes and enjoy
