This smoothie is packed full of tropical flavours, vitamins and nutrients and it will remind you of summer instantly!


  • 250ml unsweetended coconut milk
  • 140g pineapple chunks (better if frozen prior)
  • 100g frozen mango pieces
  • 2 tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • optional – 1 tsp shredded coconut


  • Blend all ingredients together until well combined, 2-3 mins should do
  • Top with optional coconut and then enjoy!
