Hi Lose Baby Weight… I didn’t think it was possible… but seeing all these mums losing their pregnancy weight on the Lose Baby Weight plans made my self think it’s worth a shot.
I was 62kg before my first. I am 27 and now have 3. Ages 5, 4 and 5 months. Your Lose Baby Weight plan is so easy to follow.
Even hubby joins in. I’m also doing the smoothie when he’s at work. Just easier to prepare. I have been on the plan nearly 4 wks. I was 69kg I am now at 66kg.
I’m so confident now.. can’t believe losing weight could do that. I’m not at my goal of 60kg but when I get there you will be first to know. I’m just so happy and healthy now. not much excersise is happening.
I do a 30 min walk to school n back twice a day. So thats made a difference. Also nice just getting out with the kids 🙂 Life just couldn’t get much better.

I came up with a yummy smoothie today which I would like to share..
- Half a frozen mango
- 1 small kiwi fruit
- 4-5 cubes of watermelon
- 4-5 cubes of rockmelon
- 200 ml of apple juice
- 2Tsp of vanilla Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
