Tropical Mango Smoothie
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Powder
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 tsp LBW white chia seeds
- 1 tbl Jalna Greek Yoghurt (no added refined sugar and low in fat)
- 200ml water
Blend and enjoy – This is a totally refreshing but filling smoothie, and delicious to boot
