Tropical Mango Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Powder
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 tsp LBW white chia seeds
  • 1 tbl Jalna Greek Yoghurt (no added refined sugar and low in fat)
  • 200ml water

Blend and enjoy – This is a totally refreshing but filling smoothie, and delicious to boot
