I am a huge fan frappe style drinks, so I was wondering how I could turn my favourite healthy mummy smoothie and fruit frappes into a TROPICAL FRAPPE SMOOTHIE and I came up with this!
Tropical Frappe Smoothie
- * Half Frozen Banana
- * Half Cup Frozen Pineapple
- * Pulp from one Passionfruit ( I strain it to remove the seeds, but you don’t have to)
- * 2 Tbs Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- * 200ml milk of your choice (I use Skim Zymil)
- * 4-5 Ice Cubes
Blend until nice an icy! Enjoy!
