What self respecting biscuit lover could deny the sweet chocolatey excellence of the classic Tim Tam?
And yet – sadly – they are a only a sometimes food, a guilty pleasure, especially when trying to lose baby weight.
However this Tim Tam Smoothie is just – pure pleasure!
Smoothie
- 3 dates (soaked)
- 1 wheat biscuit
- 1 tbsp Pure Havest Coco2 spread
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup ice ( alter for desired thickness)
Topping
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Method
- Blend all ingredients for at least 3-4 minutes.
- Add coconut cream to top of smoothie, then drizzle maple syrup on top.
