These are my November 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge before and after photos.
I have been a long time viewer of the Lose Baby Weight website although I only began following the healthy eating diet plans after my last pregnancy at the start of July.
I have lost 19kg since bub was born with 14kg of that from Lose Baby Weight (thank you!)
I have had four C-sections and my tummy is still quite tender but the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge exercises are light and easy and still such a good work out.
Lose Baby Weight has also given me the courage, strength & massive support to stop my very long term addiction – smoking. I never thought I could do it but Lose Baby Weight has honestly changed my life (and my family’s life) for the better. I can now taste and smell the food I’m making and eating–Amazing!!!
So before I ramble too much I’d just like to say a huge thank you to Rhian and the Lose Baby Weight team!!
