The Lose Baby Weight plans inspired me and helped me to lose 34kg of weight. I began using some recipes people posted online and was encouraged by all the beautiful mum to get active and lose the weight.

The Last 2 years have been a real challenge for me and my weight.

My husband left me when I was 20 weeks pregnant with our 2nd child. We also had a 2 yr old boy, I was devastated and really struggled for months to come to terms with what happened.



I gave up on myself and stopped eatting heathy, stopped exercising and used food as ‘comfort’ reaching 112kgs. I never thought I would ever get my body back, I felt tired all the time, had no energy and knew I had to do something.

I joined the Lose Baby Weight plans and saw how many mums were having so much success losing their baby weight.

It motivated me to not give but to believe in myself again. I started eatting a healthy diet, exercised 3-4 times a week, followed advice on the site and took up the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges to keep myself motivated and on track – and I totally loved them

Just over 12 months later I’m down to 78kgs and have lost 34kgs with another 8kgs to go.

I have never felt better and more alive. I have 2 beautiful boys and love being able to run around with them and be active thanks to Lose Baby Weight for all your encouragement and support.
