Not only does this smoothie look amazing it is packed full of vitamins and nutrients and it tastes amazing too!
Lose Baby Weight- Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2tbs Healthy Mummy strawberry smoothie mix (vanilla would also work)
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 60g frozen blueberries
  • 60g pomegranate seeds (about 1/4 of a whole fruit)
  • 1/2 banana (mine was 65g)
  • 1tsp linseed meal (or LSA or chia seeds – I used whole linseeds)
  • Ice

Method

  • Place all ingredients into your blender
  • Blend on hig for a good 2-3 mins to let it come together nicely
  • Enjoy!
