“Hi Lose Baby Weight!
I LOVE the healthy mummy smoothies and find them quick and easy when looking after my 4 month old baby girl!
Here is a new recipe I tried this morning and it was sooo yummy! I love experimenting with the smoothies and discovering new tastes!!
I call it: The Kiwi Kickstart! Full of protein and goodness to keep you fuller longer!
- 2 Kiwi’s
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 250mls Almond Milk (or soy,skim milk whichever you prefer)
- 5 Ice cubes
Blend all together, pour into a glass and enjoy!! This smoothie has a very yummy tangy taste to it!
