Hi, my name is Tassia and I am one of your motivating mums for the month of November and I have lost 12.9kgs with Lose Baby Weight.
I am 25 years old and I have a 2.5 year old daughter.
I started my Lose Baby Weight journey in August 2015 after seeing all the amazing results appear on my Facebook page.
Before this I was miserable with how I looked and felt uncomfortable. I was constantly feeling tired and bloated as well.
I knew I had to change so I jumped straight in and signed up for the August 28 day challenge. Hands down one of the best things I have ever done for myself!

I was and am still amazed at the variety of delicious foods on offer in the challenges and I LOVE that I never feel hungry or that I’m missing out on anything. I’ve found the challenges so easy to incorporate into mine and my family’s lifestyle. They love the food too!
I also use the healthy mummy smoothies and I just can’t get enough of them.
There are so many delicious recipes that I never get bored-They are a true life saver for a busy mum.
I started my journey at 102.7kgs (not at my heaviest but close enough). I was determined to change my lifestyle and see those numbers on the scales drop.
My ultimate goal is to lose 30kgs and to do this I’ve set myself smaller goals to keep me motivated.
I reached my first goal of 5kgs lost at the end of the 3rd week of the August challenge – amazing.

I then reached my next goal of 10kgs lost at the end of the September challenge.
I’ve just reached another small goal of getting under 90kgs and currently weight 89.8kgs – woo hoo. My next goal is reaching a 15kg loss which is just 2.1kgs away.
In 3 months over 3 challenges I’ve lost 12.9kgs!! I have regained my confidence and I am a much happier person than I was 3 months ago.
I still have a long way to go however I have all the tools I need to get there because of Lose Baby Weight.
I will get there and I look forward to sharing my journey with you all.
