Hi my name is Tasheena Snow I’m a 28yo single mum to 3 kids 6yrs, 4yrs and a nearly 3yo and have been following Lose Baby Weight for over 2 years and have lost over 45kgs.
Beginning of this year I was overjoyed winning Lose Baby Weight Weight Loss Mum of 2015. I lost 45kgs in under 2 yrs following the Lose Baby Weight plans and Smoothies. I went from a size 20-22 to a size 8-10, 112.8kgs to 68.2kgs.
I also appeared in the Practical Parenting Magazine, had a photoshoot with other Lose Baby Weight mums and never felt more amazing inside and out.
The plans are so easy to follow, the food and smoothies are amazing and the exercise is so easy to fit into my hectic life.
I had a huge belly and then I could start seeing abs forming, I was impressed! I was a couch potato and could barely bath my kids to doing scorpion poses for those yoga lovers you know what pose I’m talking about 😉
In May this year I left my partner of 10.5yrs and since then I have gained 10kgs plus. I have turned back to emotional eating and have done next to no exercise trying to adjust and have said goodbye abs.
BUT this month I want to get back into my exercise routine, healthy eating and delicious smoothies!
I would like to get to 75kgs by the end of the month.
Lose Baby Weight helped me turn my life around before and I know it can do it again, I just need to put my mind to it and anything is possible!
