Hi everyone it’s Tasheena here, I have lost 36kgs* with Lose Baby Weight and I am so stoked that I am continuing on as one of the Motivating Mums for December.

Since the beginning of October I have lost 6kgs after getting back on track from a 14kg gain, from becoming a single mum with my 3 kids, moving town and my daughter starting a new school. It was a challenging few months.

I have had a few couple of blow out days of party foods and visiting friends but having the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and following the challenge recipes and plans helps keep me on track.
This month I want to get under 75kgs and tone more. Stick to having 2 smoothies a day, eating from the challenge and getting back on the treadmill, plus lifting more weights ontop of the challenge exercises and the lose baby weight dvd.
I can’t wait to cook from the lose baby weight xmas cookbook! I always do the healthy gingerbread men, they are a hit in my household plus my weetbix balls.
