Hi, My name is Tanya and I’m a motivating mum for August. I started following lose baby weight in October 2014 and committed to the challenges in April 2015  and have lost 18.6kg and over 80cm with lose baby weight, and 8.6kg of that has been in the past 12 weeks on the  28 day challenges.

I gained 35kg when I was pregnant with my first baby and never lost it off before getting pregnant with my second. I now have a 2yr old and a 5 yr old and tipping the scales at over 100kg I knew it was time to do something. I had no energy and I felt like I had lost myself.
Pre children I was always fit and active but always struggled to eat the right foods. Snacking is my downfall and with two sets of eyes learning from me I needed to change my habits for my children.
I decided to commit to one lose baby weight 28 day challenge to see how I went. I was pleasantly surprised by the first week. I wasn’t hungry and wasn’t craving anything unhealthy because of the variety of foods and inclusion of treats as well. After a few weeks the results spoke for themselves, and I’m now hooked.
I love the challenge exercises as they are so achievable.
My husband works away a lot with work and getting out with both kids just isn’t an option some days so being able to complete some exercise to keep me on track in my lounge is perfect.
I started with just the challenge daily exercises and I now have added a running program into my weekly exercise regime.  12 weeks on I am doing a mixture of weights, fat burning circuits, running, Pilates and of course still the challenge exercises. Mixing it up keeps me focused and motivated to exercise.

It’s certainly a far cry from where I was 12 weeks ago when I struggled not to have a nanna nap on the couch at 3pm.
The whole family is enjoying the lose baby weight recipes I think our favourites would have to be the chicken and vegetable lasagne and apple crumble. My daughter has her lunch box filled with baked goods that are from the lose baby weight recipe books.
I find if I set myself mini goals the bigger goal doesn’t seem so daunting to achieve.
Last challenge my main focus was getting into a regular exercise routine. This challenge my focus is on adequate water intake and trying out a variety of new challenge recipes.
My body fat has dropped from 54% to 33.6%. I’m currently sitting on a bit of a plateau but it isn’t a concern because so many other things matter now then the number on the scale. I’m fitter, healthier, I’ve changed my eating habits and I’ve found myself again.
Lose baby weight is so easy to follow as it’s not a about how “skinny” you can get. Its not diet it’s a healthy lifestyle choice and I’m so grateful that I came across it.
I’m half way to my weight loss goal with lose baby weight and focusing on getting closer in the next 4 weeks.
