Hello everyone, my name is Tania I am 36 yrs old and the proud mother of 3 beautiful children, 2 of which are under 2 so my life is pretty hectic at times. I have only been on my journey for about 4 ½ months and have lost 12kgs with Lose Baby Weight.

I have been on many weight loss journeys before but in the unhealthiest ways, I have tried lots of other weightloss fads. Due to starving my body so much I started binge eating than exercising for hours at a time due to guilt and of course I gained weight and only months ago got to my biggest at 107kg.
Lucky for me I found Lose Baby Weight and it has since helped turn my life around. The programme has shown me how to look after my body and how to eat to fuel my body in the right way.
With all the correct information and knowledge gained from Lose Baby Weight I am getting my binge eating under control, don’t get me wrong it is still a daily struggle but with Lose Baby Weight I am starting to control it more and more each day and how could I not with so many inspirational ladies in this group, the support is phenomenal which strengthens you to enable you can overcome anything.
Throughout my journey so far I have implemented everything I have learnt from the Lose Baby Weight programs.
I have started to exercise daily and walk when this weather permits, I’ve even stared to jog at intervals which I haven’t done for years. So in the weeks to come I hope to stay on track, exercise daily and beat my battle with binge eating.
Doing the 28 day challenge for me was a whole new world, to be able to eat so much without missing out on the good things and still lose weight is an absolute eye opener.

The meals are quick, easy, filling, versatile and flexible, I am able to mix things up and change meals more to our liking, I have to please a fussy toddler, a teenager who is at the stage of eating me out of house and home and a partner who is Greek and choosy about what he eats.
I find the challenges meals to be appropriate in meeting everyone’s needs.  Most meals are freezer friendly so I find cooking double a time saver, eat one lot and freeze the other for another day.
Doing the challenges takes the hassle out of counting calories, finding meals to cook each day, even the shopping list is there for you it’s just so simple.
And let’s not forget about the sensational smoothes, they are delicious, packed full of all the little goodies to help get us through each day, there are so many ways to make them, they are such a time saver when you have to get out of the house with kids in tow within minutes your meal is ready to take on the go, they will not disappoint.
I hope that throughout my time as motivating mum that I can at least make a small difference to your journey, to work alongside you and to achieve what is within our reach, so let’s work together and be rid of these extra unwanted kilos.
