I am a mother of two beautiful boys. In my first pregnancy I gained 30kgs of pregnancy weight gain, admittidly I was little when I fell pregnant and I did want to keep some of the weight I had gained. I didn’t realise how unhappy I was with my body shape until I went on my honeymoon trying for baby number two. I knew that after I conceived and had baby number two I was going to do my best to get the body I wanted so I started looking for a weight loss program.

I found the healthy mummy shakes and weight loss program a great quick and easy option as I am always on the move with a three year old in toe. I had healthier snacks 3 times a day but my dinners remained the same as usual (not unhealthy but also not restricted).
To this day I have lost 12 kilos in 19 weeks. But in saying that, I had about a 3.5 weeks off the shakes in total due to my eldest being in hospital and having to travel for family. Ideally I wanted to walk 5 days a week but realistically I averaged three days a week walking between 4-5kms. I also did ab exercises on the ab circle pro. If I didn’t walk I tried to do 20 minutes on the ab circle pro. So most weeks I did about 4-5 days of exercise. I also had a sneaky small chocolate bar once a week or a cheeky glass of wine.
I have a great sense of achievement with my weight loss so far, with another 3kgs to go to get to my goal of 15kgs. I would also like to tone up more to lose that dreaded ‘apron’.
