I have a big sweet tooth and absolutely love this smoothie. This is my take on the banana, honey and oat smoothie.

Smoothie

The Sweet Banana Smoothie

  • 250mls of lite milk
  • Two tablespoons of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix 
  • 1/2 frozen banana (using frozen banana gives a thickshake consistency)
  • One tablespoon of honey
  • A couple shakes of cinnamon
  • One tablespoon of rolled oats
  • One tsp of a LSA and chia seed mix
  • Three ice cubes

Blend for a couple of minutes and garnish with a shake of cinnamon on top. Yum xxxx
