I have a big sweet tooth and absolutely love this smoothie. This is my take on the banana, honey and oat smoothie.
The Sweet Banana Smoothie
- 250mls of lite milk
- Two tablespoons of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 frozen banana (using frozen banana gives a thickshake consistency)
- One tablespoon of honey
- A couple shakes of cinnamon
- One tablespoon of rolled oats
- One tsp of a LSA and chia seed mix
- Three ice cubes
Blend for a couple of minutes and garnish with a shake of cinnamon on top. Yum xxxx
