Today we have for you a super creamy, nutrient packed green smoothie for you all to try while losing baby weight. This green smoothie would be perfect to try for your first green smoothie as we all know they can be a little “scary” at first but this smoothie is far from that.
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1tbsp yoghurt
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 kiwi fruit
- handful baby spinach
- Ice
Method
- Blend all ingredients on high until very well combined, 2-3 minutes
- Enjoy with some extra ice
