Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1 banana
- 1 wheat biscuit
- A handful of walnuts
- Sprinkling of chia seeds
- 200 ml of Almond Milk (or any milk you like).
Method:
- Blend at high speed until smooth.
