Ingredients

  • Raspberry Layer:
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 tbsp chia
  • Mango Layer:
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 150ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix

Method

  • Place all ingredients for the mango layer into your blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  • Pour into a tall glass
  • Add the raspberry layer ingredients to your blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  • Slowly pour on top of the raspberry layer, ensuring it doesn’t mix.
  • Enjoy!
