Layering adds a bit of fun to your smoothie, as you can enjoy two contrasting but equally delicious flavours in the one tall glass.
Use fresh or frozen mango and raspberries for this one.

Ingredients
- Raspberry Layer:
- 200ml almond milk
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 tbsp chia
- Mango Layer:
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 150ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
Method
- Place all ingredients for the mango layer into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Pour into a tall glass
- Add the raspberry layer ingredients to your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Slowly pour on top of the raspberry layer, ensuring it doesn’t mix.
- Enjoy!
