Sunrise Healthy Mummy Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients

Raspberry layer

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1tbsp strawberry healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • 1tbsp chia seeds

Orange layer

  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 150ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix 

Method

  • Blend all ingredients from the raspberry layer together in your blender for 2-3 mins until well combined.
  • Once blended poor into your glass
  • Next add in your orange layer ingredients into your blender (no need to rinse) and blend on high for 2-3 mins.
  • Once blended poor on top of your raspberry layer and ENJOY!
