Hi Lose Baby Weight!
lose_baby_weight_smoothie_recipeWell it’s been almost a month now and I’m 4 kilos lighter so far after following your Lose Baby Weight pregnancy weight loss plan.
It’s been wonderful to hear comments from family that I’ve lost weight and keeps me motivated.
I have been enjoying the chocolate and vanilla smoothies now for almost a month and have experimented with them a lot!
I have a few favourite combos including frozen pineapple and raspberry with blueberry tea which was a close second. So here is my entry for smoothie of the week 🙂 I am addicted to and am totally in love with is this one.
This one is based on a popular drink often found around here, usually served in the Indian and Vegetarian restaurants which are my favourite, although we rarely get to go with a baby and toddler.
It’s a mini holiday in every glass! 🙂
You will need-

  • 2 tbsp. Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 4 strawberries
  • 12-14 ice cubes
  • 3 tbsps Greek natural yogurt
  • Water
  • 2 capfuls Rose Water essence – find in cake aisle OR 1 tbsp. Rosewater (which is much stronger-find in Asian supermarkets)

Put all ingredients except water in blender. Add water to cover ice/ fruit/ mix and yogurt. Blend together and enjoy. Would be amazing with mango too, just omit strawberries and rosewater.
