Hi Lose Baby Weight, firstly, thank you so much for coming up with such an amazing breastfeeding safe and post pregnancy weight loss plan.
I absolutely love the healthy mummy smoothies especially now we’re coming into summer. I have lost 7kgs on the plan so far which means I have lost all of the 16kgs I put on during my second pregnancy!
I still want to lose another 5-10kgs but am very happy to be back in a healthy weight range.
Secondly, I wanted to share a really yummy smoothie recipe with you. Whilst I’m not much of a drinker, after spending the last 3 years either pregnant or breastfeeding I do miss indulging in the occasional cocktail!
Strawberry Daiquiri Smoothie
- 2 tbsp of vanilla healthy mummy or healthy mummy strawberry mix
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/4 banana
- 1/4 punnet strawberries
- 1 cup rice milk
- few mint leaves
- squeeze of lime juice
