Healthy Mummy Smoothies are PERFECT for mums who struggle to eat breakfast as they are quick, easy and taste SO GOOD!
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- serve of vanilla Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 1tbsp rolled oats
- Lots of ice
For the strawberry chia swirl
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- Small amount of water just to mix well
Method
- To make your smoothie blend together the listed ingredients really well and pour into glass
- Next to make your strawberry chia swirl blend the listed ingredients together
- Then pour the strawberry chia mix in the centre of the banana smoothie
- Swirl with a spoon
- Enjoy
