Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chocolate healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 250ml skimmed milk of choice
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 chopped dates (can soften in boiling water if need be)
- 1 teaspoon tahini
Blend and enjoy (approx 335 calories)
