Stefanie’s Weight Loss Journey Continued

Q. How much weight did you lose on the lose baby weight plans?
A. When i was using the healthy mummy mix smoothy, it helped get rid of around 15kg of the 36kg.
Q. How many kids do you have?
A One child
Q. What was the best thing about the Lose Baby Weight plans and smoothies?
A. The best thing was the taste, without a dought. They didnt taste like typical weightloss drinks. They had flavour, a creamy texture and just all in all a great smooth taste.
Q. What is your top tip for other mums wanting to lose weight?
A. My top tip is (woah as i was writing this theres heaps hahaha! sorry!) to not call it a diet, its not a diet. It should be a life style change. Tell yourself it takes 21 days to develope a new habit, and as each day passes you will enjoy it and it will become a daily routine.
You NEED to excersise. Even if its basic, as long as your moving your body your burning calories. Dont starve yourself of “naughty” food. If you tell yourself your not allow to eat something like chocolate you will rebell and go crazy and will most likly binge eat which is a big no no.
Dont ever beat yourself up if you have a off day or even week. its one day/week if your life time, you will have the rest of your life to learn from it, its not worth it beating yourself up about it.
70% is food 30% is excersise. Getting a understand of the value of food (so calorie counting) is the best thing anyone could do if they are wanting to get rid of their weight.
When you know how much something is you then learn how much effort it takes to burn it off its not worth it, in the end you understand moderation a lot more. (sorry im rambleing a bit, you can choose whichever or if you want to reword go for it, im a big rambler!! hahaha)
Q. Have you kept the weight off?
A. I sure have, I have been going since January 2012 and I wont be stopping. This is my life now, I absolutely LOVE it!
Q. Would you recommend lose baby weight to other mums?
A. YES – I already have, some ladies I know have ordered it after reading my story 🙂
Q. Anything else you want to add?
A. I sure do, and i have. When someone asks i give them all of the details, sometimes i come accross like im a sales person haha
