My name is Stacey Chisholm, I am 28 years old with 3 kids and I have lost 11kgs with Lose Baby Weight.
I am super excited to be a motivating mum for the 100 Days to Summer Countdown.
Life at our place can be pretty crazy, my eldest was diagnosed with adhd this year, my youngest two are 18 months apart.
I have been overweight since I was 20. Moved down to Melbourne with my eldest sons dad, we had take away foods so often.
Before having a child I got to 100kg. I was previous 80kg which i thought that was perfect for my build. Became a single mum when he was 6 weeks. Meet my now partner and had 2 more kids. My heaviest weight ever was 114kg, not pregnant.
I have tried so many diets, weight loss pills, to fail them all. When I was in hospital having my third child, I got a bounty bag full of goodies. In that bag was a mum and baby magazine, as I was reading it, I came across lose baby weight.
I liked what I read, joined the group and here I am.
The start of my journey November 2014 was a little rocky. So many ups and downs, I also was breastfeeding my third. After breastfeeding stopped I really thought, this is it, now or never.
I brought the smoothies, I will admit, I dont like milk drinks but I thought why not try some. Thats when i fell in love!
The smoothies really were like no other I have ever had. I also brought all the products, all the cookbooks, everything off the site.
I needed it. I also do the challenge monthly, this is something I will never give up, the recipes blow my mind, how can something so healthy taste so good?
I find I am having so much more success on the plans doing the challenge. I have now lost 11kg, would love to lose another 14kg then see how I go from there.
My top tips for summer are
- Meal plan, work out what your having for the week and dont leave until the last minute.
- Motivation boards are fantasic i have one with pegs for the kilos lost.
- Buy some goal outfits, try them on often to get an idea on how well your going
- Get your kids involved as much as you can.
- Reward yourself for you achievements.
