Ingredients

  • 2 x tbsp of Vanilla or Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 1/4 cup blueberrries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 x BIG handful of spinach
  • 250ml of Almond Milk (unsweetened) you can also use any milk you prefer
  • Handful of ice
