Hi Lose Baby Weight, I had to share today’s healthy mummy smoothie recipe creation as it was so yummy & refreshing on a hot day (already & it’s only 9)
- 2 tbsp chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 1/2 banana
- 1 small apple cored & chopped (leave the peel on for fibre)
- 1/2 tbsp LSA
- 200 ml skim milk
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Nutmeg to taste
- Lots of ice – because its hot here in Qld
