And that is because it is packed full of goodness – it is full of fibre, Omega 3’s, protein and over 25 vitamins and minerals to keep you feeling full of energy and keeping your tummy full – and hunger pangs away!
Ingredients
- One x banana
- A squeeze of honey
- A few shakes of nutmeg
- 2 x tbsp chocolate Healthy Mummy smoothie mix
- 1 x tsp chia seeds
- 250ml low fat milk
