smoothie_cubesHi Lose Baby Weight, here is my easy and practical recipe on how to make your own healthy eating smoothie cubes to use in your healthy mummy smoothie recipes
Ingredients for smoothie cubes

  1. 1 medium mango
  2. small punnet of strawberries
  3. 4 small apricots
  4. juice of 3 carrots and a good chunk of ginger

Pop in a blender, add a bit of water if it it isn’t blending well. Put into large ice cube trays (I am using baby food trays)
My favourite smoothie recipe

  •  2 healthy mummy smoothie cubes
  • 1 tbs LSA
  • 2 tbs of strawberry healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • 200ml of rice milk
