Hi Lose Baby Weight
Just sharing my weight loss story from using the Lose Baby Weight Plans. I had my baby last year July and the week before my baby was born I was 93kg. I could not believe it and couldn’t wait to start working towards losing the extra 33kg that I had gained before and during the pregnancy.
Unfortunately I had emergency csection so my recovery was a slow process. Once my baby was 4 months I had just had enough of feeling sad and just generally not being happy with the way I looked. I started by joining a bootcamp but that didn’t really work out as well as I thought it would. I just felt very unfit and could not cope with the other people in the training group .
I then came across the lose baby weight plans while I was on facebook one morning. Immediately, I felt like this is something I could try. I bought the healthy mummy smoothies and my husband came on board with it too.
Together with the healthy mummy smoothie and regular gym workout I have now lost 21kg. I have had days and still have days when I feel like I will not be able to achieve my goal but then I come across all these motivating mum’s who have posted on lose baby weight about their struggles and achievement. I again seem to find my inspiration somehow.
I still have another 12kg to lose but I know slowly but surely I will get there. I love the fact that I can have the smoothies while breastfeeding.
