I’d never been 100% happy with my weight or how I looked even before I had my two beautiful girls. After each pregnancy I gained just that little bit more pregnancy weight.
Because I had my girls 19 months apart I hadn’t really lost the pregnancy weight from my first pregnancy.
I didn’t consider it an issue or realise how much I’d actually gained until I saw photos from a friend’s wedding I attended in early October 2012.
I was horrified to see how much weight I’d actually gained considering I thought I looked really good that day!

I take the girls with me most nights for our runs in my double pram (pushing an extra 40kg’s up hills is a massive work out in itself!!).
My 2 year old loves doing our cardio circuit, which not only is so cute to watch but makes me happy as a mother that I’m being a positive role model for her.
