I am now more focused and determined than ever. We are planning our wedding and the big day is in 12 WEEKS! I need to buckle down, get serious and lose enough weight so I feel amazing on the day.

I’m planning to drink my smoothies twice a day for awhile, just to really kick start my weightloss back into gear, and have light dinners and all of my delicious and healthy Lose Baby Weight snacks. I personally adore the Cookie Dough Bliss Balls, mixed berry muffins and banana bread as a quick treat!

I hope everyones start to 2016 has been a proactive, productive and a healthy one. I can’t wait to about how everyone has been going!
