1. In-app purchases

You can now purchase the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge directly from the app and do the 7 day free trial to see what you think? You’ve got nothing to lose except your pregnancy weight, and if you want to cancel your membership you can do so before the 7 days are up.

2. Customisation in the palm of your hand

healthy_foodYou can also now get access to all of the meal plans and recipes on the app, plus you can customise your meals according to your tastes or dietary needs (such as vegan or gluten free).

3. Sync the app with your laptop 

We love this feature! Any changes that you make on the app on your phone or tablet will be automatically synced with your desktop version on your laptop or home computer.

4. Work out wherever you are

healthy_foodYou can use the app as your own personal trainer, so you can access the daily exercise plan as well as a timer, tracker and even a fitness test.

5. Shopping lists when you need them 

There’s no need to print anything – when you go to the supermarket now your shopping list will be available on the app on your phone. You can check off items as you add them to the trolley too. And if you decide to change your meals from serving 2 people to 4 people, your shopping list will update automatically.

6. Track your stats

healthy_eatingNeed some motivation to stick to your healthy eating plan? Grab your phone and take a look at a glance at how far you’ve come by checking out your weight loss graph or before and after photos. You can even use the app to keep track of how much water you’ve had to drink each day.

7. All the recipes, all the time

healthy_eatingYou now have access to over 2,000 recipes as our recipe hub is all now loaded onto the app. No more wondering what to have for dinner, just scroll through for inspiration or write in a key ingredient to search for meals using that.

8. Wake up to a new smoothie recipe

healthy_foodInstead of looking through books or the website, you can use the app to find some delicious new Healthy Mummy Smoothie recipes like this Spring Clean Smoothie available on the app.
