Kylie Parker has sent us in this great recipe which is packed with healthy ingredients to kick start your morning.
If you’re interested in trying this you can take Kylie’s advice and make your own almond butter.
Roast the almonds in the oven first and then whiz in a food processor.

 
Ingredients:
  • 1 pear
  • 1 teaspoon oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder (or cocoa)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 250 milk of choice
  • 5 ice cubes
Method:
  • Blend at high speed until well combined.
  • Enjoy!
