‘The June 28 Day Challenge was my first.
Before I started this, I was extremely tired all the time. I ate minimally but it was junk food and I felt absolutely disgusting.
I never let my partner touch me or even look at me naked. I felt ashamed to go to the shops, I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror and if I did I cried.
My starting measurements and weight was:

  • Weight – 69kg
  • Waist – 103cm
  • Hips – 105cm
  • Thighs – 56cm
  • Bust – 103cm

Then I saw an ad for Lose Baby Weight on Facebook and thought I will give it a try. Best decision ever. I can’t thank you ladies enough.
I’m only at the beginning of my journey but I have achieved so much.
I followed the meal plans and they are so delicious, easy to prepare and budget friendly.
I followed the exercise plans every morning and they are simple and achievable.

So these are my results after the June 28 Day Challenge.

  • Weight – 65.7kg
  • Waist – 88cm
  • Hips – 95cm
  • Bust – 93cm
  • Thighs – 50cm

I am now starting to feel confident, sexy, have regained my happiness and I have loads of energy.
I love swimming, I love walking and most of all I love sharing the experience with my children.
I take them to the park or for a walk daily. And I love checking myself out in the mirror.  Bring on the next challenge.’
