Hi Lose Baby Weight Team, I have been using Lose Baby Weight plans for about 3 months now and have lost 8kg.
I’m still 5kg away from my pre-pregnancy weight but I just know I’m going to get there.
I started off just having the Healthy Mummy Smoothies (Strawberry is my absolute favourite!!) and then got onto the 28 day diet and exercise plan. I like to mix it up with all the fantastic recipes on your site.
I have also been using a pedometer and it really helps to motivate me to 10,000 steps. Although I usually only make it to around 8000, it’s still 3000 more than I used to do.
I look forward to continuing my Lose Baby Weight journey and being the healthiest and fittest mummy for my baby boy Thomas.
