My Name is Sarah Thomas and I have been using the lose baby weight plans for a couple of months now. I have been using the 28 day diet and exercise plan and having the healthy mummy smoothies for breakfast every day.
It is only really this last month that I have gotten my butt into gear and started exercising every day and so far have lost 4.5kg and 20cm from my waist in 3 weeks.
I’m feeling really motivated and full of energy to keep working towards my goal weight and being a healthier mummy to my 9 month old baby boy Thomas.
