Today we meet mum-of-two Sarah who is losing her baby weight AND improving her life with Lose Baby Weight and the Lose Baby Weight community.

I knew that 2013 was going to be a big year for my family and I. We were expecting our second son as well as trying to keep up with our mischievous toddler. We also moved across the state and have our wedding looming at the end of November. Talk about a list of things to do!

Our son arrived in April and I was at the heaviest I have ever been. The before photo is postpartum and I was sitting at 74 kgs. I have always had a fairly slender frame so the extra weight was quite a shock to deal with.
