On a trip to New Zealand before I had my daughters I wanted to do so much but remember having to secretly ask the tour guide what the weight restrictions were on certain activities.

To ensure success I set aside time to customise my meal plan to suit my family and to prepare what I can in advance to save time during the week.
At dinner, I cook larger amounts and separate the leftovers into portions and freeze. These are easy to reheat for those days that time is limited.
I also set aside a few hours each week to make two or three different snack recipes from the challenges for my family to enjoy throughout the week.
My personal favourite is the Almond and Cacao Fudge, perfect for kicking those chocolate cravings to the curb.
My eldest currently loves the Wholemeal Choc Chip Muffins from the January Belly Buster Challenge but also enjoys the Savoury Pumpkin Muffins.
I don’t follow a particular schedule for exercise as my girls often decide to flip any schedule on its head. I do what I can when I can.
My typical day consists of a walk with my girls or using the DVD in wet weather.
I also do the challenge exercises during their nap time and for the month of January I am including the 28 Day Tone Up Challenge into my day.
