Today we have for you these gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free Salted Caramel Bliss Balls that you can enjoy while following the Lose Baby Weight plans and 28 Day Challenges.
These will be enjoyed by the whole family, would make a perfect lunchbox filler or would go perfectly with a cup of green tea.


  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut, 1 tbsp for rolling
  • 8 dates
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp pepitas
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Pinch of salt



  • Blend macadamia’s until chunky
  • Add everything except the coconut for rolling, blend until able to form balls
  • Stir in remaining coconut or roll in coconut
  • Leave to set in fridge

Makes 10 balls
2 balls per serve
