This was my lunch yesterday :-).. It’s a little on rich side, but totally helps with the chocolate cravings!
Rich Rocky Road
- Tbs choc healthy mummy smoothie
- Tbs strawberry healthy mummy smoothie
- 100mls choc soy
- 100 mls almond milk
- Tsp (flat) lite peanut butter
- Tbs (flat) designated coconut
- Few raspberries
Blend for 2 minutes and enjoy.
