I just wanted to share a really yummy healthy mummy smoothie recipe I discovered this week and can’t get enough of… I call it Rhubarb Crumble!
You just need to stew some rhubarb in a little water, give it a quick zap with a blender, then pour into ice cube trays and freeze overnight. You’re then all set to make the following delicious smoothie recipe:
Rhubarb Crumble

I’ve fallen in love with this smoothie and know your members will too!
Oh, and a handy tip is I’ve been adding a rhubarb ice cube into my 6 month old daughter’s usual apple or pear puree and she loves it too.
