Introducing Motivating Mum Rhiannan Springall
After the birth of my daughter only 12 months and after the birth of my son I decided it was time to do something about losing my baby weight.
When I first came across the Lose Baby Weight post pregnancy weight loss plans, I was unsure of whether or not it would work as well as all the people on Facebook said it does.
However as it was a relatively cheap way to lose weight and so many people testified that it had indeed worked I decided to give it a go and signed up for The Summer Challenge.
Within the first week of just having The Healthy Mummy shakes for breakfast I lost 4kg and found a new confidence in my ability to lose my baby weight. The healthy mummy smoothies are so yummy I found I wasn’t craving sweet things as much anymore and they are so filling that I struggled to fit in my snacks!
Soon after this I bought the 28 day plan and Summer cookbook and started having these meals for lunch and dinner along with my shake for breakfast. I found that the weight was falling off me for the first two months and couldn’t stop telling people about how excited I was to have found a weight loss solution that actually worked.
After my first two months on the shakes I was approved to start exercise and decided to give the Healthy Mummy post pregnancy weight loss DVD a go. With two little ones demanding my attention most of the time I found the DVD to be a saving grace as it allowed me to do work outs in short bursts whilst the children had their naps.
My body became more and more toned the more I worked out and so many people made comments about the fact that my weight loss was really noticeable. I credit my weight loss so far completely to the Lose Baby Weight team and I am hoping to reach my weight loss goal by the end of January 2014 and will be doing the January Eat Move Lose Challenge.
I have another 5.5kg to go before my goal of 80kg and although the numbers on the scales are dropping as significantly lately I can still see the difference when I take my measurements. I would encourage anyone thinking about taking on the Lose Baby Weight challenge to just give it a go as I have now seen its work on myself, my mother and a number of my friends.
I have so much more energy now that I am over 10kg lighter and I am loving being able to run around after my son all afternoon and not get completely exhausted! I am excited to have a new outlook on food and to now appreciate the nutritional value of healthy meals more than the convenience of fast food.
