Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Meal28_day_challenge
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 3 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder
  • 5 Medjool Pitted Dates
  • 2 tbsp Boiling Water

Method

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor except for the water
  • Process until it is crumbly
  • Slowly add your water while still mixing and blend until it becomes smooth
  • Next firmly place mixture into a small slice tray and press down until spread evenly in the tray
  • Let the bars set overnight in the fridge and slice into 20 Bars when ready to eat
  • You can store these in the fridge in an airtight container
