Today Ash has shared this INCREDIBLE smoothie recipe with us- Thank you Ash!
Ingredients
Vanilla Layer
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2tbsp vanilla healthy mummy mix
- 1tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Lots of ice
- 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
- Water
- Touch of honey
Method
- Place your vanilla layer ingredients into your blender and blend on high for 2-3 mins until well combined.
- Poor into your glass and place to the side.
- Place raspberry layer ingredients into blender and blitz for a few seconds
- Pour over vanilla layer
- Enjoy!
