Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- 2tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1tbsp honey
- Water, added as needed
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor until a pink crumb forms.
- You’ll need to add tablespoons of water, add 1-2tbsp of water in, process and check the consistency, if still not right you’ll need to add more water.
- Keep doing this until the crumb will hold its shape when squeezed together.
