Rachel’s Story
“I never thought I was over weight but I was so over going clothes shopping and things either not fitting me of just making me look frumpy, I saw an add for Lose baby Weight in a Parenting magazine and jumped on board. So far I have lost 17kgs since september on lose baby weight.
I started on the program being a sceptic as I have tried other diets and not had any success but decided to give Lose Baby Weight a go due to all the fabulous reviews , and to my surprise I lost 12kgs in the first 8wks and gained so much energy (definitely needed energy for my two little ones).
I now weigh less then I did before I have my two kids which makes me so happy. I still have 5kgs to go. I have always loved exercising but just became lazy when I got pregnant with my second baby.
I found it so hard to exercise with two kids but I know involve them in my daily routine and instead of sitting on the couch watching my favourite shows I get on the cross trainer. The thing I love being on the smoothies is how easy there are to make as there is no calorie counting or weighing food plus they are so yummy.
I haven’t been on the smoothies for the past 6wks as I went overseas on a holiday and got married but I still managed to keep of any weight gain 🙂
Thanks so much Rhian for all your daily tips and blogs and all you help , when I’m having a bad “fat” day I jump on facebook and get all motivated again 🙂 I have recommend lose baby weight to a heap of my friends because I’m a walking billboard :)”
